Gear West Recommends

The Rossignol Hero Athlete FIS SL is a race-ready slalom ski built for high-level athletes who demand maximum precision, edge grip, and control. Designed to meet FIS World Cup standards, it delivers the quick, responsive handling needed to attack tight slalom courses with confidence.

Rossignol’s Line Control Technology (LCT) helps eliminate reverse camber flex, keeping the ski in consistent contact with the snow for improved stability and precision through each turn. A full Titanal layer adds power and torsional strength, while the Poplar and Beech woodcore provides a responsive, energetic feel. The full camber profile and rectangular full sidewall construction maximize edge engagement and direct power transfer.

Built for racers looking for every possible advantage, the Hero Athlete FIS SL delivers the speed, precision, and stability needed to attack the course and push for faster times.
