WHAT:  Picture it, you’ve been training for weeks. Sacrificing precious sleep and energy for fitness gains. The race is approaching. You’re honing in on speed and strength. Then you feel it. That niggle. You’ve felt the ache surfacing for weeks and now it’s becoming an undeniable pain. If this sounds like you join Gear West for a “How To” clinic on injury prevention and recovery habits.

Injury prevention is the name of the game for long-term fitness and overall body wellness. Avoiding an injury maximizes time spent training instead of rehabbing. Join us to learn the practices that keep athletes consistent in their training and ability to recover effectively.
