- 5:30-6:45 Dryland work out with Alayna.
- Run and/or hike the World Cup race course
- Focus on ski technique drills
- Followed by plyo, core and balance drills.
- Bring dryland poles.

- 7:00-7:45 Alayna talks about her transition from a Wayzata skier to a World Cup competitor
- Challenges and successes associated with her skiing career including her Four American Birkebeiner wins.
