Join Gear West & Riverbrook for expert female Cross Country ski instruction, wine, chocolate, protein, cookies and camaraderie among stellar women! Get some early time on snow. Brush up on your skills. Get motivated for a better ski season with technique tips.

This is our traditional full weekend program with a Registration party all day Friday the 5th. Check in, pick up gift bag and do some discounted shopping with food & drink by Riverbrook. Saturday is on-snow training/instruction.

Friday evening program. Saturday skiing. Join Gear West & Riverbrook for a Friday night meet & greet at Riverbrook Bike & Ski for protein snacks, wine and chocolate with education sessions. Sessions include: Strength work necessities, eating enough protein eating tips, wax clinics and equipment talk. Saturday January 3rd sessions are on snow for technique work & early season preparation.

You will pick your technique & level during registration:
• Beginner: This is all new. I have no idea what I am doing.
• Intermediate: I know some stuff but need help and feedback.
• Advanced: Got it. Need refinement & some good coaching.
