The Clinic will discuss the key events for participating in an Ironman Distance event. Open to anyone currently signed up for an Ironman, or just curious about what it takes to become an Ironman Athlete. This includes days leading up to the race, swim, bike, run, approaches for training, race day nutrition and more. The clinic will use Ironman Wisconsin race course specifics as an example and is relevant to participating in any Ironman. There is no cost for this clinic but registration is required.
