Coaches Social
Practical ideas, good food, useful conversation, and a chance to connect with other Nordic coaches before the season gets rolling.
RSVP for the Coaches SocialMake the season simpler
This year we're focusing on practical systems coaches can use with a whole team. The goal is not to make Nordic more complicated. It is to help you get more out of the equipment, time, and people you already have, and show where Gear West can help when you need more.
What we'll cover
Managing Your Team Ski Fleet
Use your existing fleet better, keep a simple inventory, fit athletes more consistently, identify real gaps, and know when it makes sense to add equipment.
Simplifying the Wax Room
Build simple, repeatable team systems for waxing and race preparation so your staff can focus on the things that matter most.
Hand Structure Made Simple
Learn a practical approach to hand structure, what tools are useful for a team, when to keep it basic, and when a higher-level athlete may benefit from more specific help.
