The Stick Marathon Stick is a training tool for runners used to relax and loosen tight or sore muscles. The Stick can be used on legs, lower back and many other parts of the body. The Marathon Stick is used by the athletes at the US Olympic Training Centers. Measuring 20” with 10 spindles, the Marathon model was made popular by world-class distance runners. Most flexible of the small Stick models, the Stick Marathon is preferred for those with lean muscle mass.
