In the case of the Nathan Speed 4R tri pak, the best gets better. The ultimate triathlon pak carries up to 32 ounces of fluid or hundreds of calories. This season, the Speed 4R has been redesigned with smaller Flasks and better flask positioning and has incorporated the Race Cap — the best way to consume gel on the course. Molded Holsters ensure our Speed Series remains the easiest for flask removal and replacement.
