Back with a daring new look and construction, the lightweight Asics Speed Star 4 trainer features a new asymmetric upper to optimize fit, along with an open mesh upper, Racing Trusstic System, GEL Cushioning System, and Solyte Midsole Material. All that, and just 9.2 ounces.
Asics Speed Star 4 Features:
Rearfoot GEL Cushioning System
Attenuates shock during impact phase and allows for a smooth transition to midstance.
Solyte 45
Employs 45 degree Solyte lasting material for a soft platform feel.
Solyte Midsole Material
A lighter weight midsole compound than ASICS’ standard EVA and SpEVA. Also features enhanced cushioning and durability.
Racing Trusstic System
A lighter weight trusstic system designed for faster turnover.
Open Mesh Upper
Provides excellent comfort and breathability.
